These terms apply to the cross-border network acceleration and international route subscription services provided by BiliVPN. By visiting this website, creating an account, activating a subscription, or continuing to use the service, the user confirms that they have read and agreed to follow these terms. If the user disagrees with any part of them, they should stop using the relevant services.

Service Content and Scope

BiliVPN provides network acceleration across 90+ countries and 200+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The service is intended to improve cross-border connection quality, connect to international routes, and access network resources the user is authorized to use. Available routes, client access points, and subscription details are determined by the information shown in the user panel at the relevant time.

Route availability may be affected by network operators, egress regions, target service policies, device environments, and temporary maintenance. BiliVPN may adjust route access points, connection methods, or resource allocation based on network conditions, but this will not change subscription benefits the user has already obtained and that remain valid.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required to register; a username and password are sufficient. Users must keep their account credentials secure and ensure that submitted information and account actions are made by them or by someone authorized by them. The account holder is responsible for promptly addressing account access, plan usage, or setting changes resulting from inadequate credential protection.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When upgrading during a billing period, the price difference is calculated based on the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. After a subscription expires, monthly traffic runs out, or a traffic package is depleted, the relevant service may be suspended until the user renews, upgrades, or activates another available plan.

Device Use, Sharing, and Resale

BiliVPN does not limit the number of devices. Users may configure the service on devices they own, manage, or are authorized to use. An unlimited device count does not mean that an account may be distributed publicly, nor does it grant resale rights. Users may not sell, rent, or exchange subscription benefits; publicly post account credentials or subscription information; or provide access to unspecified parties for the purpose of account sharing.

If an unusual usage pattern clearly affects route resources, other users’ normal connections, or service security, BiliVPN may ask the user to adjust their usage and may restrict certain account functions during an investigation.

Lawful Use Requirements

Users must comply with the laws and regulations where they are located and those applicable to the relevant services, and must confirm that they have the right to access, transmit, and process the relevant content. The service must not be used for illegal activities, infringement of others’ rights, disruption of network facilities, distribution of malicious programs, unauthorized system access, or any other activity that harms third parties or the normal operation of public networks.

Third-party websites, applications, and content accessed through the service are independently managed by their respective providers. Users must still follow third-party usage rules, account region requirements, and content licensing conditions. BiliVPN does not participate in transactions involving third-party content and does not control changes to third-party service policies.

Service Availability and Liability

BiliVPN will maintain routes and the user panel under existing technical conditions. However, network connections may experience interruptions, delays, or functional changes due to maintenance, operator failures, device configuration, target service changes, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. The service does not promise that any particular route or third-party platform will remain in the same condition at all times.

Users should keep necessary materials based on their own needs and plan important operations appropriately. To the extent permitted by applicable law, BiliVPN is not liable for indirect losses beyond the service’s direct responsibility when those losses arise from the user’s device, third-party services, network environment, or non-compliant use.

Account Termination, Changes to Terms, and Refund Guidance

In cases of illegal use, subscription resale, public credential sharing, malicious service interference, threats to system security, or continued violations of these terms, BiliVPN may restrict functions, suspend an account, or terminate the service according to the impact involved. Where conditions permit, the service will provide necessary explanations through the website or user panel, except where immediate action is legally required.

BiliVPN may update these terms due to legal requirements, changes to the service scope, or operational rules. The updated text will be published on this page with the month of the latest update. Continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated content. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy: a full, no-questions-asked refund may be requested within 7 days of the first payment.
