From subscription to connection
This guide keeps only the essential path to getting started: create an account, choose a plan, get a subscription, import it into a client, and check that the connection works as expected. After each step, the page points you to the next entry point.
- 7-day refund policy
- Unlimited devices
- No email address required
Before you start
The complete process has two parts: the user panel and the local client. The user panel handles your account, orders, subscription, and client access; the local client reads the route configuration in your subscription and establishes the connection. Because their roles differ, do not mistake an ordinary URL on a marketing page for a subscription address, and do not look for static installers on public pages. Get both the client and the subscription for your current account from the user panel after signing in.
Before you begin, confirm that your device runs a platform supported by BiliVPN: Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, or Linux. This guide focuses on import paths for Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS. Linux environments vary more widely, so follow the compatibility guidance in the user panel after completing the account and subscription steps. If you plan to use multiple devices, one account supports unlimited devices, but each device still needs its own client installation and subscription import.
You also need to distinguish between a “subscription link” and a “route.” A subscription link is an address used to retrieve configuration; only after importing it will the client show available routes. A route is the exit selected for the actual connection. Usually, you only need to copy the subscription link once; later changes can be retrieved through the client's update function. For route types, streaming region detection, or more complete technical background, continue with Streaming Access Guide; those details are outside this page's scope.
Create an account and open the panel
First, open the BiliVPN account creation page. You only need to set a username and password; no email address is required. Use the username to sign in to the user panel later, and choose a distinct password that is not easily confused with credentials for other services. After submitting your details, the page will take you to the user panel. If the browser remains on the sign-in screen, use the username and password you just created.
After entering the panel, first review the Account Overview, Plans, Clients, and Orders sections. Your account now exists, but you do not yet have an active subscription, so even an installed client will have no routes to load. Handle the plan first rather than entering server details manually in the client. BiliVPN delivers access through the subscription in the user panel, which brings your account status, order status, and subscription entry points together.
If the submission reports that the username is taken, the password format is invalid, or the panel does not open, adjust the details as prompted and submit again. Do not create multiple accounts to solve the same message, as orders and subscriptions may end up split across different accounts. If your account status needs manual assistance, sign in and submit a request through the support ticket entry. Common sign-in and account procedures are collected in Account and Subscription Q&A.
Choose a plan by usage and place your order
After signing in to the user panel, open the Plans section. Monthly subscriptions reset their data on each monthly renewal date. Available tiers are ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Base your choice on how often you stream video, browse the web, sync files, and use online tools rather than looking only at the data allowance. If the monthly plan no longer fits, review the upgrade options in the panel; a mid-cycle upgrade applies the price difference based on the remaining days.
The other option is a use-until-depleted data package: ¥158 for 300GB, ¥358 for 1000GB, and ¥658 for 3000GB. Data never expires. Monthly subscriptions suit consistent usage and regular monthly renewals; data packages suit uneven usage and billing based on cumulative consumption. The two types are measured differently, so confirm whether the card says “Monthly subscription” or “Data package” before ordering.
Once you have chosen a plan, review its name, data allowance, and price on the order confirmation page, then select an available payment method from Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT. After payment, return to Orders or Account Overview and wait for the status to become available. Do not create the same order repeatedly while payment is pending. If payment is complete but the status has not changed, refresh Account Overview first, then submit the order details through a support ticket. The 7-day refund policy also applies to first-time use; see the Refund Policy for eligibility and handling.
Get your subscription from Account Overview
Once the order is active, open Account Overview in the user panel. You will see the current subscription status, remaining data, and subscription controls. Find the button for copying the subscription link and copy it, then pass the address directly to the client's subscription import function. The subscription address is tied to your current account, so protect it like account credentials. Do not post it in public discussions, shared documents, or screenshots.
A subscription link is usually a long URL. If teaching material needs to show the format, use an obviously fake value such as the address below. It cannot connect to BiliVPN and contains no real account information:
https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN
After copying the link, you do not need to open it directly in a browser. A browser showing a download, a blank page, or plain text does not replace client import. Keep the link on your clipboard, move to the client for the relevant platform, and paste it through “Subscription,” “Configuration,” or “Import from link.” If the copy button is unavailable, confirm that the order is active and that Account Overview shows a valid subscription. If you still cannot retrieve it, check the relevant steps under Connection and Troubleshooting.
Import into clients on each platform
Get the client from the user panel after signing in. In the Clients section, choose your platform and install the compatible client provided by the panel, then return here to import your subscription. Static installer URLs are not provided because required versions and availability may differ by system. Starting from the panel helps you choose the right platform and keeps the subscription matched to your current account.
Windows
In the user panel, choose the compatible client for Windows. After installing and opening it, go to Configuration or Subscription Management and look for an entry such as “Import from link” or “Add subscription.” Paste the subscription address you copied, save it, and run an update. When the update finishes, the main interface should show a region or route list. If it remains empty, check that the pasted content is complete and confirm that the client has set this configuration as the active one.
Some desktop clients place the system proxy switch separately from route selection. A successful subscription import only means the configuration has entered the client; you still need to choose a route and start the connection. For first-time use, leave other advanced options at their defaults. Avoid changing split tunneling, protocols, and system network settings at the same time, as this makes troubleshooting harder.
macOS
Open the macOS client entry in the user panel and get the compatible desktop client. After launching it, enter Configuration Management from the menu bar or main window, choose Add Remote Configuration or import by URL, paste the subscription link, and save it. After updating, select a route from the client menu and allow the system to create the required network connection.
If the system shows a network configuration prompt, first confirm that the client came from the user panel, then follow the system instructions. A connection icon does not by itself mean that the target service has recognized the new region, so complete the exit verification later in this guide. If other network management tools are running on the desktop, keep only one client active during testing to reduce conflicts between settings.
Android
In the user panel, open the client entry for Android. After installing it, open the Subscription or Configuration page, tap Add, and choose Import by link. Long-press the input field to paste the complete subscription address, give the configuration a recognizable name, and save it. Return to the main screen, run an update, wait for the route list to appear, and then choose the required region.
When you start the connection for the first time, the system will ask you to confirm that a network connection may be established. This is a required system step for the client to handle traffic on the device. Confirm it, check that the client status changes to connected, and then open a browser to verify it. If the connection drops after switching between Wi-Fi and cellular data, return to the client and reconnect instead of immediately deleting and re-importing the subscription.
iOS
Open the iOS client entry from the user panel and get the compatible client as instructed there. In the client, open the Subscription, Configuration, or Remote Files page, choose Add by URL, and paste the subscription link copied from Account Overview. Save and update, confirm that the route list has loaded, and then select the target region.
On the first connection, the system will display a network configuration confirmation. After confirming it, return to the client and check the current route name and connection status. iOS may show a connection indicator in the system status area, but you should still verify the region through the target webpage or an exit IP page. After changing routes, disconnect the existing connection first, then select the new route and reconnect so the app can read the new exit more reliably.
Connect to a route and verify it works
After importing the subscription, choose a route matching the target service's region from the client's route list, then start the connection. BiliVPN covers 90+ countries and 200+ routes. If the list is long, narrow it down by region first. For the first check, avoid switching back and forth repeatedly: choose one route, wait until the client clearly shows that the connection is complete, and then open a new browser page.
Next, visit IP Check to view your current exit information. The key point is whether the exit region matches the route you selected, not merely whether the client button is lit. If the page still shows the previous region, fully refresh the check page. If the target app was already open, close and relaunch it so it reassesses the current network exit. Browser cache, an app's background state, and remnants of the old connection can all delay the first updated result.
If the exit region is correct but a target service still does not work, first confirm that the selected route region matches the account and content regions, then try another route in the same area. Do not change many client options at once, or it will be difficult to identify what helped. Route selection, streaming region behavior, and common error messages are covered in Streaming Access Guide; shorter issues such as failed connections or subscription updates are covered in Frequently Asked Questions.
Keep these habits for everyday use
On future uses, you generally do not need to create another account, place another order, or import the subscription again. Open the existing client, update the subscription once, select the required route, and connect. Re-copy and import the subscription from Account Overview only when changing clients, clearing local configuration, or starting on a new device. Multiple devices can use the same account, but each device stores its client configuration separately; changing routes on one device does not configure another.
Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date, while data packages remain available until depleted and never expire. To monitor usage, rely on Account Overview in the user panel rather than the separate local statistics shown by different clients. As you approach the current plan's allowance, decide whether a different monthly tier or a data package better fits your needs. Orders, data, and subscription status are centralized in the panel; the client is primarily for connecting and should not be treated as the billing record.
If a subscription update fails, first confirm that the account plan is still active, then check that the subscription address in the client is complete. If the target service does not change region after switching routes, reopen the service and check the exit again. For issues requiring extended troubleshooting, record the platform, the message shown by the client, the selected region, and the steps that led to the problem, then submit a ticket from the user panel. This is easier to diagnose than simply saying “unable to connect,” and it does not require sharing the subscription link publicly.
